With that said, although COVID-19 has currently depleted and we are now somehow living the normal life we have longed for since 2020, some, if not many, of us still remained damaged by its impact. As mentioned, some are traumatized and are hypervigilant of what’s to come next. Ultimately, the uncertainty of the future is something that adds up to our anxieties and worries. The anxious thoughts that stemmed from COVID-19 continue to spark and amplify distress concerning the possibility of another pandemic to arise.
Finally, this matter notes how we should persist in raising awareness about the overall impact of COVID-19 to help people with their gradual recovery and healing process.
